  The HL hook is a strong yet simple hook to use, inside the hook there is a three ball-bearing system that grips the hanger as soon as you let go of the button. Also due to this ball-bearing mechanism the more weight you add to the hook, the tighter it grips. How to add and adjust an HM / Stas smartspring picture hook on a hanger

  The HM / Stas smartspring hook is the simplest hook on the market, there are no moving parts to wear out and it locks itself on the nylon / perlon hangers with it's return spring action. The hook itself holds 4kgs on the nylon / perlon hanger meaning that you can hang up to 8kgs using two of them on one picture. For a majority of pictures this will be a great choice, easy to use and adjust by the millimeter.

  The HC hook is the only manual 'thumb-screw' hook that we sell, there are a few still around but they have been largely superseeded by the self-locking range we have available. This is a small solid hook which gives a user the ability to control how tight they need the screw. The hook itself holds 5kgs on the nylon / perlon hanger meaning that you can hang up to 10kgs using two of them on one picture.
